The system called TX100-E/S allows testing stunning switchboards GOZLIN TE002 (TX100-E) and TS003 (TX100-S)and checking the efficiency of all pincers and tongs GOZLIN (TL002-PZ004-PZ004L-PZ004C)

The equipment is composed of a logic control unit allowing stunning switchboard operational parameters and pincers inner wiring wholeness checking.



FOR STUNNING SWITCHBOARDS:

With a few and simple operations, TX100-E/S allows testing stunning switchboard operating times and checking all its electronic parts.
TX100-E/S automatically simulates the presence of the animal and executes some stunning cycles, while monitoring their progress. Operating times, cycles progress and a message showing the correct or wrong system operation will be displayed on the LCD.


FOR PINCERS/TONGS:

TX100-E/S can also be used for pincers/tongs testing, by simply plugging it to the diagnosis tester. A test current is used to check that pincers electrical inner parts are not damaged, with a status message appearing on the LCD.
